How can we transform higher education?
Brightline and TED collaborate to bring the transformation story of GEM
How can higher education adjust the traditional model to the ever-changing needs of the learners?
Brightline and TED share the story about the Global Education Movement (GEM), a division of SNHU, that offers university education and pathways to employment to refugees and traditionally underserved learners. GEM is demonstrating the potential of transforming large, international institutions and individual lives by putting the principles shared in the Brightline Transformation Compass into practice.
The team has developed a Transformational Operating System so that every school’s location can adjust based on the needs of the students, culture, and local community. We see this impact come to life through true Inside-Out Employee Transformation and the Volunteer Champions that guide this flexible model.
