M’Poyo delves into the concept of sustainable innovation, emphasizing its essence as a mindset renewal aimed at enhancing global well-being and addressing challenges for current and future generations. He highlights that true innovation serves a purpose, is anticipative of potential problems, and transcends doing no harm by actively improving societal conditions.

He underscores the importance of aligning business growth with positive societal development, which requires strategic vision, economic direction, and societal alignment. M’Poyo points out two major barriers to sustainable innovation: a lack of clarity regarding future economic paradigms, and the need to break free from outdated mental models that have shaped centuries of economic prosperity.

He remains optimistic, believing that unlocking the potential of human thought and creativity is key to overcoming these challenges and achieving a sustainably positive world for generations to come, ensuring that the world we inherit is better than the one we leave behind.

The interview concludes with M’Poyo's call for a collective effort to redefine innovation in a way that aligns with the greatest common denominator of global well-being.
