[Strategy@Work] Henry Mintzberg on Questioning Implementation: When delivery drives design
Strategy should not come from the top leaders, but from the bottom: from the customers and employees.
Henry Mintzberg, Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies, McGill University & the author of more than 20 books on Management, says that strategy should not come from the top leaders, but from the bottom: from the customers and employees. People and their communities are the links that delivery the strategy according to the design. Mintzberg says it is time for "communityship" rather than the leadership to deliver on strategies.
